Weekend and short stays available by agreement. Reservation: non-refundable deposit to confirm booking: 25% of total costs. Balance of rental due 15 days prior to date of occupation. Damage deposit: £145 (€200) fully refundable if damage free. Payment arrangements: Cheques or Bank Transfer please.
