The garden is closes and raised, with a lawn, there's a closed garage and a big terrace of 40M2 directed due south

I certify with this enclosed document that you have made the reservation for this house for the following period: from Saturdays ... to Saturday ...  
Upon receipt of the deposit, this reservation will be final; the amount of the rental is: 
- different according to the duration 
The deposit is 30% of the total amount which is ...€ - the balance has to be remitted on your arrival day 
 
Check-in will take place as from 4 PM, except if the house is available earlier. When you receive the keys, a deposit cheque of 1500€ will be requested. This cheque will be given back to you after check-out completion and keys remittance. 
 
Departure should be done before 10 AM. 
 
You have the choice to do the cleaning or to leave a 40€ cheque at your arrival 
 

The house has two bedrooms: - The main bedroom with a convertible sofa (plus a supplementary bed of 90 cm) - A second bedroom with a 130 CM bed - A cradle upon request The living room and the bedrooms are equipped with a TV set. A VCR and a DVD player are set up in the living room. The main bedroom is equipped with a VCR, a DVD player and home cinema; the second bedroom is equipped with CANAL +/ CANAL SAT and a DVD player and recorder. Concerning the home appliances, the house is fully equipped with: oven, micro wave oven, fridge, freezer, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, hair dryer etc… A nice and well kept garden is surrounded by a fence (approximate size 500m2).There are garden furnitures and 2 deck chairs on the Terrace, and a barbecue. You will have at your disposal blankets, draw sheets, cover beds, pillows and bolsters. A garage is available for one car.During the day it's more practical to park the car outside the house.

The house is located at around 800 M from the harbor, the sea and the stores .A pleasant path will bring you there with a 10 minute walk. 
There is also beautiful sandy beaches has 5mn by car of the house, ideal for children
