It is a recent house in the country side, near a small village Noves (2 km, with a lot of adaptations), in the calm, secure sunrise, and near a lot of touristic sites as Avignon (10km), Saint Remy de Provence (10km), Luberon (30km), wines of Cotes du Rhône (Chateauneuf du Pape, 25km), Aix en Provence (60km), and the Camargue (40km), sea, beaches (Saintes Marie de la mer, 70km)!! (a lot of visits to do nearby the house during the day, without going very far). 
As a geogaphical situation, the house is situated at 5km from Avignon airport, and 10km from Avignon TGV train station. 
In the house, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 (one at the first floor, one at the ground floor) with a double bed, and one at the first floor with 2 single beds, and one bed can be added in different bedrooms, IDEAL FOR 6/7 personns. 
The swimming pool is private, and measure 5m X 10m (15 feet X 30feet) with romain stairs, protected by an immersed alarm, and deep from 1,35m à 1,65m (4.5 feet to 5.5 feet). 
The linen for the bed and the towels are supplied, but not the bath towels. 
All charges as water, electricity are included, but not the house cleaning at the end of the stay.

There are diverses activities nearby to do, without moving too much, during the day as: to go to the sea in 1hour drive; to go for a walk in the Alpilles or in the Luberon in 1/2hour drive, to visit La Camargue in 3/4hour drive; the Cotes du Rhone's wine cellar as Chateauneuf du Pape in 1/2hour drive; to go to play Golf in 10mn drive(5km nearby); to go to the "giant of Provence" le Mont Ventoux (1910m) very well known from the Tour de France, by car in 1hour drive, by bicycle it depends of your fitness (60km, 20km up-hill); to visit Pont du Gard in 1/2hour drive; to go to (or to do down hill in canoe) "les Gorges de l'Ardéche" in 1hour drive; to visit a crocodile farm in 1hour drive, and of course all the touristic sites in provence as Saint Remy de provence (10km); Avignon (15km); Aix en Provence (60km). As well, shopping in the flea market in the different villages nearby, in différent days of the week.

The procedure for the renting is the following: - a contract will be send you, which it will be signed and approved from both sides. - the first 30% of the renting will be send on my account as a deposit,which with the contract will be used as confirmation and booking of the renting. - the other 70% of the renting will be payed the date at the intrance in the place, with another amount of 500 Euros, used as security deposit.
