Marseille, Toulon and Aix-en-Provence are half and hour's drive away. Good bus and train services are available and the two airports Marseille and Toulon are within easy reach. La Ciotat is noted for its marine services and for a spectacular coastline.

    The rental rates during the winter (from 1 October to 30 April) minimum Stay One month € 2.000,00. To secure booking 50% of the rent must be sent via Bank Transfer to the owner. Security deposit (one week rent or a months rent depending of the stay) and the rent + the final cleaning and the linen lauandry can been sent via Bank transfer or given in cash before entry. From the Security deposit the owner of the flat will retain the utilities (electiciry and Water) charged on consumption and the eventual damages that may occur. All the remaining will be given back to the tenant on departure.
