Vacation Rental Description
We bought the old farm (1700) in 2002 and restaured it completely. It is situated on an altitude of 900 meters which
guarantees clean dry air. The climate is exceptionel and very agreable.

The big farm has two fully independant apartments of about 110m²- 360ft² each and a smaller one with a big protected private terrace. The house is the highest in the valley with its own creek with many waterfalls and a big pool.

The apartments are equiped with all the necessary stuff like dishwasher, oven, refrigerator aso.

Every apartment has a private terrace, independant acces and is exposed to the sun.

The terraces are partly shadowed by trees and parasols.
Departing from the house you can make big walks or bike-tours. The house is also situated in a protected
" RESERVE - GEOLOGIQUE " which means that you can easely find fossiles.

The nearest town is the well known city of SISTERON on 11 kilometers. Here you find all the shopping possibilities.
You can visit its castel ( La Citadelle ) with its famous history, La musée de terre et temps,
there is a very big public swimming possibility a so called " PLAN D'EAU " with beach with free acces.

On one hour drive you reach the very high mountains with snow or the Meditteranian sea.

One apartment is very suiteable for 6 persons max. 8. It has three bedrooms and a very big living-
room with TV an INTERNET ACCES. The kitchen has all you need incl. DISHWASHER and oven.

The other apartment is best for 4 but you can easely sleep and live with 6 persons.
It has two big bedrooms with double or single beds and a livingroom with a sofa-bed for two.
The kitchen is very well equiped with oven, dishwasher and so on
In the living you find TV and INTERNET ACCES.

The smaller one is very best for two adults, it has a oven-combination, refrigerator but no dishwasher.
On the other hand, it has a wonderful protected terrace with a great view.

All apartments has a barbecue.

The house is the best for restseekers and naturelovers.

In the surroundings you find the river " DURANCE ", lake " SERRE-PONCON " 60 KM,
GORGES DU VERDON at 60 kilometers and many other attractive features.

    There is not only our creek where you can swimm but here are several in the neighbourhood.

    Our pool is filled with very pure spring water.
