Set behind secure gates at the end of a very private quiet lane, in large grounds with parking for 4 or more cars.

- Lovely spacious modern family kitchen with dishwasher and American fridge-freezer, electric oven, microwave, gas hob and barbecue grill- opening onto same dining terrace.
- Terrace furnished with Banquet table, chairs further seating area and very lovely large built in barbecue, then leading onto spacious flat gardens and 14x7 m (approx) large heated pool. Pool house with seating, shower, WC & sink.

The owner has asked us to point out that although the gardens are flat - at the edge of the lawned garden there is a steep drop which is not protected, but can be temporarily fenced at clients charge, but then the view from the pool is obstructed. (This is for the protection of children).
