The apartment covers the entire 2nd floor of a 2-story villa. Your entrance is private.
The villa is completely enclosed offering a haven a quiet and solitude, yet is only a 5-minute drive to the beach, 10-minute drive to Nice, 30 minutes to Monaco.
There is parking within the villa gates which are electronic. You will be supplied with 2 remote controls.
