Built in the 1890's, Villa des Roses is a 3 storey house and the apartment is on the top floor accessed via one flight of steps. It comes complete with its own nearby garage which is vital as street parking in the town is always difficult! 
 
The apartment was recently completely renovated and has a brand new kitchen with all new applicances. These include a washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and new cutlery, crockery and glassware and cooking appliances. The main bedroom has fitted mirrored wardrobes, a Kingsize bed and ceiling fan. Bedroom Two has fitted wardrobes and two single beds that can also be joined together to make a double bed. Both bedrooms have new oak flooring. There is a large marble floored Living Room and Dining Area from which a balcony extends. A flat screen TV, DVD player and music centre are installed. The bathroom has a shower and vanity unit.  
 
The apartment is perfectly situated minutes from the town with it's many restaurants, bars and local shops and just a 7 minute walk to the beach and harbour.
