Luxurious villa is a private domain at 5 mins drive from the old village of Mougins. Mougins is well known for its art galleries and numerous restaurants.  
The domain is accessed through automatic gates with security guard and the villa itself has its own automatic gates and driveway all the way to the back of the villa with parking space for 4-5 cars.  
The villa is built over three levels. 
Groundfloor: entrance hall with large living room of 100m2 with sitting area around open fire place and dining area. Large floor to ceiling sliding doors open onto the covered terrace. Adjacent to the dining room is the spacious fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table. Guest toilet in the hall and utility room with second fridge/freezer.On the same level three bedrooms: the masterbedroom with TV,Airco, ample ranging space, opening onto the garden and pool area and en suite bathroom, a double bedroom airco and adjacent bathroom, another double bedroom with shower room.  
Upstairs: a mezzanine over the living room with fitness equipment and desk with internet access. Off the mezzanine another double bedroom with air-conditioning and en suite bathroom. 
Downstairs: two more bedrooms each with ceiling fans and two shower rooms. A play room with billard table and curling table. A washing room with washing machine and clothes dryer. A second small living room.

    Change over days are the saturdays. A 25% rental deposit is required upon reservation. And a security deposit upon balance payment.
