Vacation Rental Description
A beautiful provencale villa close to the village of Valbonne, sleeping 14. The house is ideal for 3 families as each level has it's own bathroom. There are 2 kitchens - one on the ground floor level, one on the basement level. There are 2 terraces, front and back with BBQ and parasols. There is a tennis court, swimming pool and trampoline in the wooded garden. There is ample parking for 4 cars - you are close to the beaches at Cannes, Antibes etc and the mountains for walking at Gourdon. Closest ski area is 45 minutes at Gréolieres - further afield are Isola 2000 and Auron
Golf club 5 mintues drive
The villa has a home cinema with satellite and a small gym and pool table on the lower level . The linen and towels are provided.

The villa is equipped with a tennis court, table tennis, pool table - all linen and towels are provided. The villa is a 40 min walk or 10 minute drive from the centre of Valbonne where there are buses to Cannes, Grasse etc
Activities
lots of mountain walks, skiing in the winter and plenty of water sports in the summer

The villa is available on a weekly basis. Please contact the owner for low & mid season availability. Rental is Saturday to Saturday - €500 security deposit required at time of full balance payment and will be refunded after full inventory (around 1 month after) Payment is by bank transfer in Euros

This is a very well appointed spacious villa with an excellent pool and tennis court. Ours was a large family holiday and the villa comfortably accommodated five families, including six grand children in the age range 18 months to 8, without any feeling of overcrowding. There is a large terrace overlooking the gardens with a large table and sufficient chairs for 16 persons, ideal for meals and relaxation.
Valbonne is a very attractive village but unless you're a very early riser, you'll need a car to collect breakfast baguettes and croissants.
Its perhaps worth noting that elderly people may find the steps leading down from the terrace to the pool quite steep, but otherwise there is everything you need for an enjoyable holiday here.

Huge thanks for letting us rent your fantastic house; it was a real home from home with so many things for the entire family to do – we and our guests had a wonderful time. Sarah and Che Che were a massive help and added to the experience, also the kids really enjoyed the cats apart from when Milka licked the marmite from Hugo’s toast! Jessica was also a fantastic babysitter, very calm and relaxed so much so that Hugo my autistic son sat with her, which he normally only does with people he has know for years.
We found some great restaurants in both Valbonne and Biot so much so that I was glad you had a gym and we could walk up to Valbonne through stunning scenery. Hope you and the family had a great holiday and once again many thanks it was greatly appreciated

Our extended family spent a week at the house enjoying all the things that are offered from this most wonderful location. We had celebrated our anniversary with a barbeque on the terrace with the housekeeper was very happy to help us with the serving and clearing up.

An amazing holiday at an amazing house! Every possible desire was met - for each member of the family. I was able to jog each day in the beautiful forest near the house, the kids enjoyed playing games in the garden and the teenagers loved to play tennis and ping pong by day and snooker by night. My husband loved having the gym at his disposal. We all enjoyed the pool – particularly as a place to meet together at the end of the day.
The house is beautifully decorated yet we all felt we could relax and make it our home for the week we were here. The location is ideal for shopping and meeting up with friends in Valbonne and for touring the medieval villages above Cannes; I especially loved Mougins.

We love the fact that we can share our beautiful home with others. We make the most of the lovely village of Valbonne and its surroundings. There is plenty of choice to eat out around the area and it is especially good for mountain walks or just going to the beach!
