In the olive orchards among the hills of Grasse, between the sea (Cannes at 18 km, 20 min) and the mountains(ski resort at 30km, 45 min). You are welcome in an appartment of 50 m2 occupying the whole first floor of a villa surrounded by a large park. It is composed of a large suite (bedroom and bathroom)a hall, a kitchen and a living room. It is prolounged by a large private terrace (20 m2) with a view on the swimming pool and the country. You have access to the swiming pool (50m2) the pool house and the park. Nice is only 35 Km away, Cannes and the sea 18km. The property is also on pedestrians ways running across the hills. Grasse down town, world capital of perfumes is only 4km away. Around are also many picturesque villages, such as Gourdon (4km), Bar/loup (5km), Tourettes/loup (10km), Vence & Saint Paul de Vence (15 km). Cannyoning in the river Loup is also possible at less than 6 km.
