Vacation Rental Description
This very attractive Belle Époque villa is situated in one of the most prestigious roads on St Jean Cap Ferrat. It benefits from postcard sea views and literally seems to be at the waters edge. The villa is built behind enclosed Security gates and has the most attractive gardens laid all round. There is a good covered parking area for 3 cars and ample space for another 1 on the drive.  
Open plan salon, well furnished and opening onto a very large dining terrace, which overlooks the gardens & heated swimming pool. 
 
Off the lounge there is a simple but well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, gas oven & hob etc.

Master bedroom has a good-sized double bed and a full en-suite bathroom with shower attachment over.  
Bedroom 2 & 3 are very similar again with double beds and en-suite bathrooms.  
Off the inner hall steps lead down to the garden level where there are three bedrooms, one is only suitable for staff, the other two bedrooms are not as well equipped as the main guest rooms, but they would be comfortable enough for occasional guests or teenagers.  
Independent bathroom and a communal sitting room.  
This level then opens onto the gardens.

Shops and beaches are within 5 minutes drive. There is also a private quite steep path to the sea from the gardens and there is also a shower in the gardens. The swimming pool is seawater and can be heated.
