This new cottage, built in wood, is nestled in the hills above Nice, near the town of Vence.
In a calm setting, the cottage boasts beautiful views and has a large garden.
The cottage has a large open plan living area, with a fully equipped kitchen.
Tall windows enhance the view and the sunlight.
Downstairs there is a double bedroom and a bathroom.
Upstairs there are two single rooms and a shower room.
The one bedoom has a sofa bed.
This cottage is ideal for a family or even two families sharing.
All linen and towels are provided and also a cleaner will come once a week.
An outside terrace provides a wonderful area, for those lazy lunches or late breakfasts, and the perfect spot to watch the sunset.
There is plenty of parking space .
Nice Airport is about 25 minutes away, Vence about 5 minutes drive, and St Jeannet about a 5 minute drive as well.

    • 4 hours of cleaning are included in the price per week, and also the final cleaning. If one requires more cleaning this can be arranged for you, but at your cost. A baby sitter can also be arranged on request.

    • Being about 30 minutes from the coast, there are plenty of water sports and activities in the beach area.
    With the cottage up in the hills, there are plenty of local walks to be done, rock pools to be discovered, rafting, paragliding etc.Horse or pony riding.
    Vence offers many shops and restaurants, bakeries, a cinema, supermarkets and during the summer hosts 'Les Nuits du Sud', musical concerts, with artists coming from all over the world to perform.
    Vence is also home to Matisse's Chapel.
    There are also many galleries and cafes, typical of tradtional french villages.
    And for sure, plenty of sunshine and fine weather during the summer months!
    Nearest golf is about 30 minutes away.
    Monaco is about 45 minutes away and also the Italian town of Ventimili which offers a super local market.
    There is plenty to do in this area, from visiting the surrounding Medieval towns, to strolling in the hills, bronzing on the beaches.

    A deposit is required to reserve the cottage. Also a damage deposit cheque. This is returned to you after your stay. Payment can be by bank transfer/cheque/cash. Discounts will be given if the cottage is rented for a longer period.
