The villa is located in the village of Roquefort les Pins, 20 minutes from Nice airport, 20 minutes from Cannes, 15 minutes from Antibes and 45 minutes from Monte Carlo (Monaco). The adjacent Local villages of Valbonne, Mougins, and Saint Paul de Vence all offer fabulous choices of restaurants along with art, boutiques and local culture. Public and private beaches are within easy reach as are the exclusive shops and atmosphere of Cannes, Nice and Juan Les Pins. For Golfers there are up to 20 courses in the region, including the exclusive Royal Mougins, Cannes Mougins and Monte Carlo golf clubs. St Tropez, the Southern Alps and Italy can all be reached by car or train within one hour.

The house normally provides sleeping for 8. There are three doubles and one twin. The master bedroom has an ensuite. The other rooms share two bathrooms.

Villa Rental Rates Low Season Price : €2500 High Season Price : €3000 per Week

Price includes linen, towels, electricity and gas. A 30% deposit is required to confirm, balance payable 8 weeks before arrival. A security caution of €1000 is shall be paid at the same time as the balance. This will be returned within one month at the end of the rental if all is in order (the delay is required for quotes). Please consider travel insurance since there is a sliding scale for refund in case of cancellation. Sorry, but there is no refund if cancelled two weeks or less before arrival date.
