The swimming pool is surrounded by a sun patio with sun chairs, a dinner table and chairs on the terrace. The terrace also has a private barbecue.

20 minute drive from beaches in Cannes and Antibes. 10 minute drive to A8 motorway which runs along the whole French Riviera from Monte-Carlo to St Tropez.
