We are, quietly situated, 35km from Nice airport and 15km from beaches (Antibes) and mountains (Gourdon). Low season: • 420€/week • May (Festival de Cannes, Grand Prix de Monaco), July and August: 535€/week •  
 
In the low saison the arrival and departure day is NOT fixed on the saturday!! In this time you can rent the "villa" for minimum three nights, the price is €70,- per night, the price for a week/7 nights is €420,-.
