On lower level: 1 bedroom. (1 double bed and 1 single bed). Shower with toilet. Storage room with washing machine. Electrical heating. Service and cleaning charges included. Sheets provided. Fourteen of the Riveria's famous golf courses are within an easy 20 minute drive of the cottage, providing a range of facilities for low handicap players and beginners alike. Just 10 minutes away is 'La Bastide du Roy', a charming old course suitable for all players, with a quaint little club-house. At Mougins, the 'Golf Country Club' is truly one of France's best : designed by Dave Thomas and Peter Allis and winding through wooded hills and lakes. For a course requiring accuracy with interesting water hazards, try 'Royal Mougins' : the club has a wonderful restaurant and has hosted the French Open. Inland, along the banks of the River Siagne, the 'Old Course Cannes-Mandelieu' was created in 1891 by Grand Duke Michael of Russia: a great course in beautiful countryside. At 900m above the principality of Monaco, the redesigned 'Monte Carlo Golf Club' provides spectacular views of Monte Carlo and the beautiful coastline.

Prices in table are for the whole cottage up to 6 people. 25% of the rental price due to the owner is required to confirm the definitive booking; This deposit is non-refundable. The remaining amount of the balance is due 4 weeks (1 month) before arrival, when we also require a refundable damage deposit of 250€ (approx. £175) as a warranty. This deposit is refunded upon departure and returned by post when the cottage is found in faultless condition. All payments can either be made via French bank cheque in Euros, bank transfer or cash.
