Valbonne is located 20 minutes from Cannes and Antibes, 30 minutes from Nice airport and 50 minutes from Monaco. Valbonne is ideally situated among various different golf courses located between the hills and the sea.
Renting an apartment in Valbonne village is a nice way of making temporary stay more affordable and enjoyable.

The village of Valbonne sits in the center of a vast residential area spread through the surrounding woods. This area outside the village includes luxury villas, housing estates for the nearby Sophia Antipolis high-tech park and homes of the old-time generations of Valbonnais.
Valbonne is a charming medieval village with market streets, numerous restaurants and antiques shops and its famous 'boulangerie'. A traditional Provencal Christmas market is held in December and a well-known animated village market on Fridays. Additionally there is an antique collector's fair on the first Sunday of every month.
During the winter season the Mercantour National Park can be reached within 1h30 drive and includes a number of ski resorts such as Isola 2000 famous for its sunshine and quality of its exceptional snow coverage.

This large one bedroom apartment (>40 sqm) has been renovated to meet high standard. The room provides a comfortable mezzanine bed for two and high quality sofa beds for additional sleeping capacity.
Air conditioning, fully equipped US kitchen with microwave oven, electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer-dryer machine, lots of storage capabilities and a dining table for 6. TV, DVD player and free of charge Wifi internet is provided. Additionally a close access to a nice 'Tropezienne style' terrace provides spectacular views of the village and countryside while relaxing.
High quality linen and bath towels are made available for a pleasant stay. For your comfort private parking can be provided on request.

BOOKING: On receipt of a reservation enquiry a booking form is completed. To confirm the booking, a deposit of 25% is required. The full cost of the holiday is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. On arrival a guarantee deposit of 300 Euros will be requested. (This is fully refundable if nothing is broken, damaged and no special cleaning is required) SCHEDULE:Arrivals are scheduled on Saturdays from 3:30 pm.Departures are scheduled on Saturdays at 10:00 am at the latest. CANCELLATION POLICY: More than 6 weeks prior to arrival - all monies refunded. 6 to 4 weeks prior to arrival, the confirmation deposit is charged. Less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, the balance between the deposit and the equivalent of the entire rent is due as penalty clause. PAYMENT METHODS: We accept bank transfer, cheques, and paypal payments. Feel free to ask for more information, we will be pleased to to provide necessary information or assitance.
