Vacation Rental Description
This large private villa with private heated swimming pool, set in a peaceful location just outside the pretty 'perched' village of Tourrettes-sur-Loup, is the perfect place to experience real Provencal living. 
 
Large and airy, each of the 4 bedrooms have their own private terrace, balcony or patio leading onto the luscious gardens, terraces and heated pool.  
 
Close to the beaches of Nice and Antibe, you can also sample the nearby delights of the Riviera, Monaco and Italy. 
 
A wonderful family villa with all the amenities to really enjoy your holiday. Managing agent (English) lives nearby to answer your queries, solve any problems. There is a gardener and pool man (English) who attend the grounds and pool.  
 
Children are able to use the grounds to the maximum as there are many different areas, from casual grass to play areas. The pool is very large by private pool standards (13m x 3m) and the heating can be adjusted to suit.  
 
The grounds extend to over an acre and are filled with olives, citrus trees, shrubs and grassed terraces. There are 3 large palm trees which shade the pool area. The large outdoor heated swimming pool (13m x 8m) with a diving board (depth 7 feet) is alarmed for safety and is surrounded by grass and tiled areas. The summer kitchen is equipped with BBQ, seating for all guests. Additional seating area overlooking the pool with table and chairs for all guests. Sunloungers for all guests. Table tennis table. Boules area. There is an outside drive and parking area for numerous cars and the drive has additional secure parking. 
 
Bedrooms: 3 double, with patio doors leading to their own private patio, terrace or balcony and leading onto the grounds. A further downstairs bedroom suited to children with double sofabed and 2 twins. Cot and highchair availabel at no futher cost. 
 
Bathrooms: 
En suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with bath, separate shower cubicle, bidet leading onto balcony and bedroom. Separate wc. 
Large bathroom with bath/shower over, wc, bidet, double vanity unit, between beds 2/3. 
Downstairs cloakroom with wc and handbasin. 
Kitchen: 
Electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, drinks , toaster, kettle, coffee maker and blender. Plenty of cooking utensils, china and cutlery. Marble work station and leading onto the summe kitchen. 
Large capacity washing machine. Ironing board, iron. Dishwasher, large fridge/freezer. Vacuum cleaner. Cleaning materials. Clothes airer. Food storage. 
Lounge: 
Comfortably furnished with wood burning stove, corner sofa, armchair. Card table and 3 chairs. Lounger. Coffee table. Side table. Dresser. Digital satellite TV, DVD player. CD/radio. Table lamps. 3 large patio doors leading onto terraces, gardens and pool. 
Dining Room: 
Separate dining room with large oak table seating 8 people and patio doors leading onto the summer kitchen, which also has a dining table and chairs for 8. The summer kitchen is covered with an awning and has a built-in barbecue. Perfect outdoor eating! 
 
Linen: 
Bed linen and towels are provided. The villa is cleaned prior to your arrival, with a weekly change of linen and towels. Additional midweek cleans/linen payable locally. 
 
A car is essential to enjoy the benefits that the local area offers. There are a number of supermarkets within a short drive and the village of Tourrettes sur Loup has local craft shops as well as the typical baker, butcher and greengrocer. There is a market every Wednesday in the village square. The local bars and restaurants are renowned in the area and there is plenty of opportunity for al fresco eating and drinking, whils watching the locals and the regular boules activity. 
 
St. Paul de Vence is a 20 minute drive. Nice, Monaco and Italy are all within easy driving distance. Explore the Riviera or simply relax by the pool with a glass of the something sparkling!

    Villa le Clos is our family home whihc we visit throughout the year.

    We are a working couple, in London with two grown up children.


    The house is fully equipped and suitable for families, friends or even a romantic villa for two.
    theree are plenty of things to do in the area but the villa is so seductive that you'll probably be like us and want to stay swimming in the pool, eating and drinking al fresco.
    Tourrettes sur Loup - visit the Grand Mere restaurant (a must) and La Colombe D'Dor in Saint Paul de Vence (15 mintues away).
