Vacation Rental Description
The villa is well appointed with two ensuite bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom with bathroom adjacent. There is a large sitting room with formal dining area and french doors to the upper terrace. A guest cloakroom is situated in this area. The kitchen is large and is equiped with dishwasher,Fridge/freezer, oven and hob plus a combination microwave, kettle and toaster. There is also a laundry room off the kitchen with a washing machine and tumble dryer plus additional freezer. All linen and towels are included. The villa also offers a wonderful choice of outside areas for relaxing, dining or sunbathing. The shady kitchen terrace is ideal for funch on a hot summers day. The balcony terrace off the sitting room has a large awning and is half buried under the dense foliage of an ancient Wisteria. This terrace is superb for dinner in the evening with its views of the twinkling village lights across the valley. The large open terraces around the pool are sun traps all day with an ample supply of comfortab;e sun loungers. Finally across the lawn from the pool and villa is the garden terrace with its Provencal table and chairs - ideal for an early evening aperitif. When night falls there are lights carefully positioned around the garden to enhance your enjoyment of those long balmy summer evenings. The villa has a gas barbecue. There are ample garden beds for sunbathing and a beautiful lawn area to relax as well as a paved terrace area close to the 'L' shaped large pool.
The villa is well placed and within easy driving distance to all local amenities. The village of Tourrettes sur Loup is approximately 5 klms, the town of Vence is a short 15 minute drive and the coastal areas of Cagnes sur Mer, the nearest beach, is 25 minutes by car. The lively resorts of Antibes, Cannes and Nice are approximately 40 minutes by car. The 'Eagles Nest' village of Gourdon, high in the Gorge du Loup is breathtaking and a 'must visit' place along with the famed artist hilltop village of St. Paul de Vence. There is something for everyone in this area with at least three top golf courses with a short drive, the closest around 20 minutes away.

    A booking is only confirmed on receipt of the completed booking form and the deposit transferred to our bank account. At the time of booking a 20% deposit is required. 8 weeks prior to arrival the balance of the rental price plus a £500 security deposit is payable. The deposit is non-refundable up to three months prior to arrival unless the rental period can be re-let. 8 weeks prior to arrival the full rental price is payable.
