    • Beautifull comfortable house with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, summer kitchen, newly fitted kitchen, swimming pool and large terraces around the house, offering privacy,absolute calm and panoramic views over the Mediterranean, the Esterel and the Alps. Flat terrain, subtropical garden and ample parking space. There is a Jeu de Boules terrain. There are three twin bedrooms on the ground floor and the roofed summer kichen has a round table that can easily sit 10 people. A special safe playing area can be created next to the swimming pool. From the house situated at a dead end street you can see the sandy beach some 800 meters down hill. By car it is 6 mins, also at the peak of the season. On the beach and in the harbour there are restaurants. Nice airport is some 45 minutes by car. There is a train station in Le Trayas at 1 km from the house. The whole of th Cote d`Azur is within easy reach from the house.
