This architect built villa of 140 m2 on 2 levels on 1200 m2 land with a panoramic seaview has a swimming pool of 8 x 4 meters. The villa is situated in the middle of the Trayas, in a very quiet and residential area, and is modern and design furnished. It is compsed with an entrance, a brigh living room with big glass windows and a sofa and television, opening on a side terrace with a very nice view on the Bay and the port of Miramar. Few steps from the living room lead you to the dining area with a large wooden black table which suits for 6 person the kitchen is on the side with a wooden opening , large windows opening on the terrace at the side with a barbecue. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, micro-wave, coffee machine, dish washer, vitro-ceramic, fridge. The master bedroom is a half level upwards with a double bed (160) and an access to a private terrace facing the sea. Each bedroom has air-conditon . The en suite bathroom has a bath with a toilet and double sink and nice window with seaview . Downstairs,on the same level as the living room, a 2nd bedroom with twin beds (90x190) and a 3rd bedroom with a french size bed (140), a shower room with a toilet. There is a laundry room with washing machine. The garden is steep in front and around the villa and the pool is not fenced , but has an alarm. On ground level there is a garage and you access to the villa by an electric gate - the villa is tastefully and functionnally furnished
