A superb, luxury, two-bedroomed villa in the valley below the beautiful village of St Paul de Vence. The villa has air-conditioning, satellite TV, DVD, broadband, iPod docking station, dishwasher, washing machine, and a dryer. The villa is on a small, quiet domain in a very green and peaceful valley, with a shared swimming pool and tennis court, and even its own vineyard. The village is perched on a hill just above the property, and is a 10 minute (quite steep) walk away. 
 
The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region: 
According to local legend, after God created the earth, the sun, the mountains and the sea to shape our planet, the leftovers of each were used to create a paradise: Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur. The land stretched between the summits of the Alps and the expanse of the Mediterranean sea.

Further details indoors: Both bedrooms have superking (6' wide) beds. The large main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom (bath, shower, WC, 2 basins). The second bedroom has an en-suite bathroom (shower, basin). There's also a separate WC upstairs, and a guest WC on the ground floor. Further details outdoors: Secluded garden with terrace and furniture (dining table, 4 chairs, 4 sun-loungers, parasol). Prolific fig tree (seasonal). Shared pool and tennis court (with just 7 other villas) in beautiful park area with views up to the village and along the valley.

St Paul is world famous for its unparalleled history as the home of serious contemporary artists such as Picasso, Matisse, Chagall and Braque.  
 
Likewise, the Colombe d'Or, one of the world's best-known restaurants, is virtually next door! St Paul is also extremely conveniently positioned for numerous hill villages in the area such as Mougins, Valbonne, Haut-de-Cagnes, Tourettes and Grasse. Glamourous beach towns such as Cannes, Antibes, Nice, Cap Ferrat and Monte Carlo are all just a stone's throw away.  
 
The ski resorts of Isola 2000, Auron and Gréolières are 1-2 hours' drive away.

The remainder is due 1 month prior to arrival. Payment by bank transfer (or by credit card with a 4% additional charge). Rental fees are non-refundable unless we manage to find other guests.
