The beautiful views, from the well planted and matured gardens, look down to the sea and take in a lot of the Cote d’Azur. The gardens also contain a 10 by 5m swimming pool and boules pitch.

Inside, the ground floor consists of an open plan kitchen / dining room / living room, with a separate television room with Sony LCD TV. There is also one en suite bedroom. Upstairs, there are a further three bedrooms, all en suite and all of a good size, with French windows opening onto the balcony which runs the length of the property.
