-One bedroom with a double bed ,chest of drawers and wardrobe,2 bedside tables,television, and an ensuite shower room and toilet.
-One bedroom with a king size bed ,a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, 2 bedside tables ,a private bathroom and toilet.One baby cot if necessary .
- Hallway with desk.
-Fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and clothes dryer .
- Dining room/sitting room with table and chairs for 6 people, double convertible settee, sofa, cable TV, DVD and CD players,internet broadband connection , Hi Fi radio.
- A terasse in front of the sitting room giving on to the garden with a table, chairs and umbrella.
- 1000 m2 of flower garden with lawns, a private pool (12m long by 5,5m wide and 2,5m at deepest point)with a security fence, covered dining area with table and chairs, built in barbecue, 4 sunbeds and sun umbrellas. The villa is situated in a very residential area of Nice ( Gairaut) 15 mns away from the beach and town centre by car or tramway.
-Lovely walks nearby at a sheltered canal with a panoramic view overlooking Nice and the sea.
Cannes and Monaco are at about 20 mns away by car.
