Bedrooms: Bed room 1 with king sized bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Bed room 2 with double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Both bedrooms have bed side tables, reading lamps, hair dryer and fan. The bedrooms ae on an inner courtyard.
Bathrooms: 1 large marble tiled full bathroom with bath and shower, bidet and toilet.
Plus 1 separate toilet.
Kitchen: Kitchen equipped with fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, hob and microwave. Please note that there is no separate oven but the microwave is a combination oven. Dishwasher and washing machine, iron, ironing board and cleaning utensils are all provided.
Living Room: The combined living/dining room contains a large sofabed and two separate arm chairs, as well as a table with seating for 6. Cable TV, Broadband internet connection, DVD and CD players.
Cleaning/towels/linen: Linen and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.
General: Located on the 2nd floor with an elevator and air conditioning. We can also provide a folding baby cot. There is a long, but narrow balcony with small table and seating for two. The apartment has exposure on 3 sides which gives it a very light and airy feeling.

In the surrounding areas of Nice you will find gold, tennis, sailing, boating, water sports rentals, etc. Skiing is only an hour away by bus in the winter time. All the well known towns of the French Riviera for example, Monaco, Ville Franche, Eze, Menton, Cannes and Grasse, to name but a few, can easily be reached by bus or train, both the bus station and the train station are within easy walking distance.
This is an ideal location for the Nice Carnival, Iron man competition in June, Monaco Grand Prix, Nice Jazz festival and Cannes Film Festival.
