Studio of 25 m2 situated in a beautiful Art Deco building – a former luxury hotel turned in to apartments. The studio has a nice volume and a balcony, facing south large enough to sit and eat on. The building is located one street in from the famous Promenades des Anglais (the long boulevard that runs along the whole bay of Nice), and has direct access to the boulevard where you will find yourself directly on the beach.  
 
The studio is bright with high ceiling and wooden floor. It sleeps two people (200x160), has been completely renovated, tastefully decorated and has washing machine fully equipped cooking facilities (incl micro and dishwasher) as well as a flat screen TV and HiFi.  
 
In front of the balcony there is a beautiful Palm tree and behind you will glimpse the Mediterranean – for most of the time glittering in the sun.  
 
The building has a secured entrance, and is located in an area where you find shops, restaurants and bars, and the city centre is not far away either – 15 min walk or a short bus ride. With the easy access to public transport, this is ideal for visiting both Nice and the surrounding area and with the airport bus around the corner perfect if you do not want to rent a car during your stay.  
 
Electricity, sheets, towels and cleaning is included. 
Beach towels are not included.
