Vacation Rental Description
Our apartment is in the smartest area of Nice in a traditional building. It was recently modernized to a high standard with lift and air-conditioning. Ideal for couple or family looking for a quiet apartment close to all major amenities (sorry, no small children). Accommodation: Living area with fully fitted open plan kitchen – large sofa bed, dining table, chairs, TV, DVD, music centre. Double bedroom with fitted wardrobes. Large patio is ideal for relaxing and dining. Shower room with washbasin and WC.
Frequent flights to Nice. Discover Monaco, Cannes, St Tropez and Italy. Car unnecessary. See website for more information, photos and feedback from guests.
Facilities
Large terrasse with table, chairs and parasol to eat, drink and relax after a hectic day in NIce.

Minimum stay is 3 nights except in July and August and Christmas/New Year when it is 1 week. Arrivals and departures are normally on Saturday. Please ask about other days. Charges are fully inclusive of electricity and local taxes. A one-off cleaning charge of €125 is also payable to ensure that the apartment is ready for the next visitors. A refundable deposit of €200 for breakages/damages is also payable. All charges are payable prior to arrival. Full terms and conditions will be provided on confirmation of the booking. What is included? Use of apartment, electricity charges and all local taxes. Supply of all bedding and towels. What is not included? Cleaning materials. For non-EU clients, we will be pleased to supply a letter of invitation if a visa is needed - cost €30. For the benefit of other guests we do not allow smoking inside the apartment. Sorry, no animals.

My mum and me are definitely going to come back and I am recommending it to everybody at work :-)
Very, very , very rainy up North and our holiday is a distant memory.

Had a great holiday the apartment had everything in that was needed very clean and tidy was met at the apartment on time service was excellent central for buses trams and shops would highly recommend this apartment once again thank you .

Cool apartment in Central Nice
This was our first apartment in Nice and when we saw it, we fell in love with the apartment and Nice itself. What marks out the apartment is its location in central Nice in a smart residential street with a park, playground and church opposite the building. The building was built in a belle epoque style and unusually, all four sides of the block follow the same design. The whole building was completely renovated and modernised in 2005 just before buying the apartment which we chose because it had the benefit of a large patio. Over the years Steve has added to the collection of plants and flowers which give colour and privacy. The wonderful thing about Nice is that it's possible to sit on the patio almost all the year round. Even in summer it's quite shady so there's no danger of burning. Inside, the apartment is fairly compact but can easily accommodate four people, two in the bedroom and two on the sofa bed. The living area is open plan with an open (American) kitchen which is well organised. There's a modern shower room with toilet and washbasin. This apartment was love at first sight and we're almost certain you will feel the same too.
