This three-bedroomed apartment is nice and roomy (85 m? or 915 ft?). The apartment has been recently refurbished and refurnished to a very high standard with a modern and bright style. The living/dining room opens onto a 10 m? terrace overlooking the Bay of Angels.
The main bedroom has a King-sized bed (71" width), a chest of drawers, a high wardrobe and a balcony looking onto a private residential area.

And, naturally, there's central heating for the winter months. The living room is air-conditioned.
At the front of the building, off the living/dining room, there is a large terrace with views directly over the Mediterranean. This is equipped with a dining table and 6 chairs.

The apartment is located on the famous Promenade des Anglais with an uninterrupted view over the Bay of Angels with all its changing colours. Just a short way from the centre of town and the old town of Nice and of course 50 metres from the beach. There are bars, restaurants and shops near the apartment and the airport is just 10 mins away by bus or car. This really is the perfect location for enjoying the sites of Nice and the Riviera with Monaco, St Tropez, Cannes all a short drive away.
