    • The apartment is ideally located for immediate access to restaurants, bars, bakery and supermarket. Within a one minute walk fo the apartment you reach the Promenade des Anglais which is lined with cafes and museums. The Promenade is a long wide road which begins at the estern end of Nice by the Jardin Albert I and runs the length of the seafront westward for about 6km towards the apartment and the airport. Watersports are accessible along the beach. The old town of Nice is full of winding cobblestonw streets and has a great selection of restaurants and cafes. Nice offers all the cultural attractions that a city can offer. Nice is a great base for daytrips all along the Mediterranean coast and there is a great train service. 
    The nearest ski resorts is located 45km away at Greolieres (1400m -1800m). Other ski areas within a two hour drive are Le Foux D'Allos, Auron and Limone Piemonte.

    This property is available to rent from Saturday to Saturday. Other days will be considered as well as rentals for periods of less than one week -contact the owner for details. A deposit of €250 per week is required at the time of booking with the remainder payable eight weeks before the rental perod. Should your arrival time be over an hour from the time agreed (and you have not phoned the contact lady), there is an extra cost payable directly on arrival. Price includes central heating or air conditioning, electricity, sheets, towels and a light clean at the end of your stay. The towels provided are for use in the apartment only. Please bring your own beach towels. An additional deposit of €150 is required to cover breakages. This deposit also includes a charge of €50 whould extra cleaning be required. Smoking is permitted on the balcony only.
