A stunning apartment situated on the famous Promenade Des Anglais with fantastic sea views from the front patio. It truly is our home away from home and there will be no disappointment! 
 
The apartment comprises of 2 spacious double bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, a separate shower room and a large kitchen/dining area. The apartment is light and airy and above all, comfortable. Fully double glazed throughout with doors from the living area onto the patio. The patio has a table and 6 chairs, ideal for eating outside in the sunshine. All rooms are furnished and decorated to an extremely high standard, including black leather seatees. Our charismatic apartment is on the ground floor and is very secure. 
 
With the old town within walking distance and the shops close by, the location provides everythin you need. There are plenty of restaurants and shops and of course it is central for day trips. With excellent transport services both bus and rail, it is ideal for those who would like to take day trips, Monaco is just a short ride away. There is lots to do in Nice and our apartment provides the ideal base. For thouse wanting a more relaxing break, the beach is just accross the road!
