The studio is ideal for 2 or 3 persons and is about 22m2 large. The flat is on the 3rd floor and all its windows are orientated towards the backyard (so no traffic noise at all).

There you will find a confortable kitchen area, which is entirely equipped (microwave oven, cooking plate, fridge, coffee machine), a livingroom/sleeping area set with a convertible sofa, a mezzanine bed, a shower room with wc, and numerous closets and drawers. 
* The flat is in an art-deco residence, very well maintained and still so Nice style look-a-like. It is at the third floor. All the windows are orientated to the west, with views to the backyard, thus being a very quiet spot, though being in the heart of the city. The building entrance is secured with a code. 
* You are at 500 meters from the sea. 
* You are then at a walking distance to the main railway station "Gare centrale", enabling you to travel easily by train to visit Cannes, Monaco, Monte Carlo, etc... 
* Delphino IV is located on Boulevard Gambetta, right behind the "Parc impérial".
