    • The apartment has one entrance, an open kitchen, a living room and a bedroom on the mezzanine which has the particularity to have some wooden beams so at some points the ceiling is only about 1m70. In the bathroom the height is about 2 m, so you won't have any problem to take your shower. The apartment has double windows so as to reduce the noise of the city and also the heat from outside. It also has air conditionning on both floors. The apartment is on the third floor with a lift. The balcony is ideal for relaxing, reading a book and to start the day in an unusual breakfast.

    • The city of Nice is summed up by this walking area, the most famous in the city. It has all the colours of the “Provence”, and it is surrounded by nice café's terraces, bars and restaurants. You will also get easily by foot to the shops and most of the museums. Everyday you will find different markets: the flower and vegetables market, the antiquity market on Monday and an artisanal market in the evening in the summer… At any time, there is a great animation and a good atmosphere.

    The sea is at about 30 metres and Castel private beach about 50 metres.
