Vacation Rental Description
The apartment is in a perfect location for visitors to see Nice and the French Riviera. The apartment has a seperate kitchen and spacious sun terrace. Access to the terrace is available from kitchen, living room and bedroom. The apartment is a family holiday home and rented out when not in use. It has all you would hope for in a home from home with airconditioning, wifi, free landline telephone calls ans cable tv.
The bathroom has a deep bath/ shower, bidet and vanity unit. We have supplied a hairdryer and ironing facilities for out guests comfort.

The apartment can sleep up to 5 persons. Our agent in Nice, Celine is multilingual and available throughout your stay if reguires. We provide a free welcome food pack, toiletries and tourist pack.

The cost is inclusive of heat, electricity etc. We also provide bed linen and towels. Extras can be provided for a small charge. there is no requirement for a security deposit or end of stay cleaning charge.

The apartment is in a small block of residences and the area has a quiet ambience and is not suitable for "party animals"

    • The kitchen has a small table and is suitable area for a couple to dine. The main dining area can seat uo to six. We supply a full range of cooking utensils and tableware. Guests are also provided with a range of CDs, DVDs, books and board games. We encourage guests to take books home with them if unfinished but please replace with something similar. Midstay cleaning can be arranged for a small charge.

    • One of our apartments best features is its location. It is right in the heart of Nice in the chic Musicien's Quarter. It is within 5 minutes walk of the train station(Monaco, Cannes etc), tram and main shopping area. It is within 10 minutes of the beach and old town. Nice is a relatively flat town so very easy to walk around. Public transport is efficient and cheap so no car requred.

    The apartment is just 5 miles from Nice International Airport and guests can get the express bus (€4) that runs every 30 minutes and takes 25 minutes to the train station 350m away.
