Situated on the 3rd floor of the former Baccarat Hotel, you can enjoy the spectacular views of Nice including the Promenade des Anglais, Nice Port and the old Chateau all from the comfort of your own balcony. The apartment sleeps four people with two singles and a pull-out double bed in the living area - this area can be screened off from the rest of the apartment. The bathroom has shower and bidet and the Kitchenette is well equipped with fridge, hob and microwave. A shared laundry room on the ground floor has washing machine and dryer. Meals can be taken at the dining area or alfresco on the pretty balcony. The building has three lifts and outside you can enjoy the large communal pool with separate kiddies pool and attractive shrubbery and terraced area.

Nice is the epicentre of the French Riviera. One can find nearly every type of outdoor activity and adventure all within reasonable commuting distance either by foot or by other available means of transport such as trains, buses and ferries. Nice has a major event on nearly every month; food festivals, sports events such triathlon and marathon, and music and family events such as the carnival, and jazz festival are to name but a few. It is a very lively, friendly place that offers extreme diversity and richness. There are plenty of areas for the more adventurous, rock climbing, trekking, rafting, kayaking are all within easy commutable distance. In winter one can travel to the nearest ski piste of Isola 2000, have a decent days skiing and return within good time for a decent night out. Deposit /Payment: 200 Euro to reserve dates and the remainder 1 month prior to arrival. The key holder will meet you on arrival . A deposit 100 euro cash for breakage / damage/key loss will be held by the key holder and given back on departure,provided there is no breakages, damage, or key loss. You will find the apartment cleaned to a high standard. The apartment should be left cleaned to the same standard. We can offer you this service for an additional fee . Linen and towels if required are 15 euro/person . Please let us know in advance if required so they can be arranged
