Vacation Rental Description
This property's owners use the apartment 6 months of the year and furnished it stylishly according to their own taste. 
Being on the 6th floor (with elevator of course)it offers a beautiful view from the large terrace on the living room side and the balcony on the bedroom side over the hills and roofs of Nice. Conveniently located in the heart of the Musicien district,grocery shopping, outdoor and indoor markets, bus and train services, restaurants and a movie theater with english version films are all nearby. You will walk only 5 to 10 minutes to the beach in front of the famous Hotel Negresco and the Promenade des Anglais, and 10 minutes to the main railway station from where you can take plenty of interesting excursions along the coast and into the back country! 
This year we offer for the first time air condition and heating and shall include the value of 14 Euros in the rental price which should be sufficient for 1 to 2 weeks rental if used reasonably. 
In the summer 2 bedrooms will be available accommodating comfortably 3 persons. We will accept 4 people especially if it is for a family, however it would be a bit small for 2 couples! 
In the winter and one week in May (week of the Grand Prix in Monaco)only one bedroom will be available for 2 people. If a third person is added there is the possibility to put a guest bed or matress into the living room. 
 
The bedrooms are on the east side and open to a balcony, so does the spacious shower room, (includes the laundry machine and hairdryer) while the living room opens to a large terrace with many plants and with dining area for alfresco meals as well as a reading corner and lounge chairs. The kitchenette is modern and compact, but has everything one needs: dishes, cooking pots and pans, oven, electric cooking plates, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, waterkettle etc. 
In the living/dining room you will find a round table for 4 with chairs, a comfortable settee for 2 and 1 armchair, TV (CNN), Radio, tape and CD players.

    • We do provide linen and towels. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday but sometimes exceptions can be made. Pls ask us.

    • Nice has a lot of busses taking you for 1 Euro to many destinations along the coast such as Villefranche, Beaulieu, Eze, Monaco, and Menton to the East, and Cagnes, Antibes, Juan les Pins, Cannes and others to the West. Trains are a little more expensive but faster and go to the same places.  
    If you speak some French, you could also participate in some of the guided walking tours in Nice (about 1 to 2 hours) covering themes like baroque or classic architecture, art deco style, empire style etc.

    Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday with occasional exceptions being made. Deposit (non refundable): 200 Euros 10 days after confirmation of reservation. Final payment plus security deposit 250 Euros (this deposit will be refunded if no damage has occured): 6 weeks prior to arrival. Payment accepted: wire transfer only! Without fees for the owner. Dates not mentioned are not available for rent!
