It is located within 5 minutes walking distance to the Chagall, Matisse Museums, 10 minutes to the Cimiez Monastery and Roman ruins, 15 minutes to the the Old Town, 20 minutes to the Cours Saleya beach. You will love the fabulous Promenade des Anglais, its beaches and its breathtaking views - And be seduced the Old Town, with its typical Italian-style houses, and buzzing nightlife.

The condominium itself is in adjacent to several parks, in the heart of the Cimiez luxury area, well known for the XIXth-century hotels and mansions built for the British gentry (nearby hotel "Regina" used to host Queen Victoria). A car is not necessary, however parking is easy, should you wish to drive around the Cote d'Azur area.
