The lounge is bright, modern and very comfortable with two leather sofas DVD and CD player. The TV receives English, Italian and French channels also English radio. There is a dining area that will accommodate six people. Outside, on the terraces and in the garden there are sun beds and dining furniture where alfresco eating can be enjoyed at the same time as taking in the wonderful views of old Menton and the port. The view from the terrace of the Mediterranean stretches all the way round to the Italian border. Underground secured garage.
