Vacation Rental Description
An ultra-modern villa on a south-easterly facing slope overlooking the Bay of Cannes,Cannes Marina and the Isles de Lérins. All principal rooms of the villa have completely uninhibited view : all four bedrooms with their own terraces or balconies, salon and dining room, as well as the kitchen and the exterior terrace with permanent barbecue. Even the pool has a flow-over edge facing the Mediterranean. 
Very private, and on a terraced site, the grounds are entered at the rear of the property on the upper level , where there is a garage, car shelter and further parking for another 2 cars inside a secure courtyard.The main entrance to the villa here has two twin bedrooms, one either side of entrance. One bedroom with en suite large bathroom, comprising separate shower cubicle, bath, bidet and W.C. all in peach tones. The bedroom has feature lowered ceiling, and individual balcony. Other bedroom on this level is again twin with private balcony as well as en suite shower room with basin and W.C. 
Descending by Travertine marble steps to the middle floor, there are two further double bedrooms which virtually mirror the rooms above : one twin bedroom with en suite bathroom, again in pastel tones and the other twin room with en suite shower room. The landing on this level has easy chairs for a quiet sitting area. The landing overlooks the salon and dining room below. 
Salon is L-shaped with sofa and easy chairs in traditional style, feature fireplace, T.V. in the recess of the 'L' is the dining area with heavy oak table and chairs and a genuine antique vestry cabinet/dresser. From the Salon, the patio windows completely open into the recess of the wall to provide a perfect'picture-frame' view to the sea. Likewise the adjacent kitchen in limed-oak units and fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, peninsular tiled top eating area, has patio windows that open onto the same coastal view terrace. Separate utility room with washing machine and dryer. 
A beautiful villa, cool in summer, pastel tones in all the decorations, superb views, conveniently positioned for the coast amenities. A must, especially for the exhibitions close to Cannes.
