Vacation Rental Description
This is a recently built apartment furnished in a simple modern style. There are tiled floors throughout and lots of storage space available for clothes / suitcases etc. The kitchen is compact but includes all the essentials for living comfortably. The two balconies are a real bonus, the front one providing a great place for working hard on a suntan or sipping wine and watching the activity in the Marina below or dropping some bread to feed the ducks and fish. The large side balcony provides a cooler space to dine, out of the direct sunlight. Free car parking (for up to 72 hours) is available in a multi storey car park close to the main entrance to the Marina.  
Marina Parc is a really quiet residential development and with a high level of security. The boats in the Marina provide a lovely ambience to the development and the swimming pool is open only to residents (only during the summer months as the French wouldn't dream of swimming in the colder months!).
