Whether you're a golf lover or not this apartment on the Riviera Golf course in Mandelieu La Napoule, near Cannes on the French Riviera, is a wonderful holiday resort. With views across the fairways to the club house beyond, this beautiful and tranquil setting is a haven for rest and relaxation, yet within easy reach of the cosmopolitan towns of Cannes, St Tropez, Antibes, Monte Carlo and also the world-famous perfume centre - Grasse. Beyond Monte Carolo you can take a day trip into Italy.  
 
The apartment shares 3 swimming pools equipped with sun loungers and is fully equipped to provide a home-from-home with English TV channels, music system, video library and full kitchen with washing machine, microwave, oven and fridge freezer. Each of the three bedrooms has its own bath or shower room and there is a separate cloakroom. The open plan lounge/diner and also the double bedroom open out onto a large terrace for alfresco dining and with shaded seating for pre or post dinner drinks. The terrace looks out over the 18th hole.  
 
The closest beach at La Napoule is a short drive away and offers a variety of restaurants including the star-rated L'Oasis. Cannes - famous for its Croisette shopping and Film Festival - is just 5 kms away. 
 
For families, Riviera Golf has a driving range and putting green. Also, within easy reach are a variety of theme parks, water parks, go karting, tennis and water sports. For winter sports Isola 2000 is an hour's drive away by car or by train from Nice. 
 
Riviera Golf is only 30 minutes from Nice International Airport and is a gated community. The apartment comes with underground parking and a secure entry phone.
