Vacation Rental Description
Villa "Incita" is a large private family villa with pool, set in an acre of mature gardens and ancient olive trees. There are swings & slide next to the Boules court and further areas of fun for the children in the sandpit and Wendy house. There is a summer kitchen & a portable Weber BBQ which can be enjoyed around the pool/loggia area,with many areas for al fresco dining. The Villa is perfectly situated between the Provencale Villages of Tourettes, Valbonne, St. Paul de Vence & Biot and the beautiful beaches of Cap d'Antibes & Juan les Pins. It is also surrounded by some of the major golf courses in the whole of the South of France, in Mougins and Opio.  
 
The Ski resort of Greolieres is a 45 minute drive from the Villa. It is open from mid December, and enjoys a varied territory catering for beginners and experienced skiers alike, with all the requisite boutiques, ski hire, and restaurants.

    • Travel Info: Villa Incita is set in the hills of the medieval village of Bar sur Loup, "Le Village des orangers" within the Gorge du Loup. It benefits from mature flat gardens, ideal for children with it's many play areas and toys. It is secure, private and peaceful.There are bikes for adults and little ones, a cross trainer & step machine for the active amongst you and tennis courts in the Village for which we provide keys and reservation fobs. The Village also provides a Boulangerie, Pharmacy,Newsagent, selling International newspapers, a Grocery store and small Supermarket "Casino" for all your essentials. Our information pack however gives all detailed information on the closest large supermarkets, golf courses, beach clubs, children activities and advice to help you plan for your ideal holiday.We also offer a concierge service, so please feel free to ask us to arrange anything "out of the ordinary".

    Our favourite beach in Antibes Ideal Family Rental

    My family and I moved to France 3 years ago primarily driven by our expanding family and the desire the give the children a safe and simple childhood. We haven't looked back since. We truly have found a small bit of paradise. The Village of Bar sur Loup sits like a picture postcard within the magnificent Gorge du Loup. Our house is set in an acre of mature flat gardens, ideal for children and chosen with ours in mind! Being a family home, we can safely say that we provide everything you may need for the children including a first aid kit, all plastic cutlery and crockery, games, toys and sandpit. The country lanes surrounding us are ideal for bike rides, and jogging, the hills provide some amazing hikes and we're still only 20 minutes from a beach! Friday is market day in Valbonne, which is a favourite with all of us during the holidays, before visiting the beach. We usually go to Antibes or Juan les Pins. It 's very easy and whether you choose to take a picnic or enjoy the facilities of one of the many beach clubs, it's just a great way to spend the day. We feel very lucky to live in such an amazing area, which boasts some extraordinary Michelin star rated restaurants - too many to mention (all in our information pack), though you won't be disappointed with our nearest, Ecole des Filles in Bar sur Loup. It really is the most fabulous spot to be with your family and friends.
