An 18th Century provencal house situated in its own grounds, close to natural woodland and within walking distance of the medieval village of La Colle sur Loup.

Only 17 kms from Nice and the Airport. Close by are the towns of Antibes, Cannes, St Paul de Vence, Tourettes sur Loup, Monaco and only a short drive to the local beach and shops at Cagnes sur Mer.

Comfortably furnished accommodation offers a family room and two double rooms, all situated on the first floor, each having private en-suite facilities and views over the garden.

In addition to the main house, a self-contained studio offers double accommodation with en-suite bathroom, wardrobe, storage, fridge, electric hob and sink. Ideal for those wanting to prolong their stay and further explore the fabulous Cote d'Azur.

All finished to a high standard and includes bed linen, towels, toiletries, hair dryer, heating for the winter months and cooling fans for the summer.
We offer you a French Breakfast in our spacious dining area or outdoor courtyard. Evening meals are available on request.

Local village pools are available (indoor and outdoor) and are only a 10 minutes walk away. To get out and about to see the many beautiful areas of the Cote d'azur, a hire car would be advantageous, although the public transport around the area is superb. Use of the refrigerator is offered on most occasions. Washing facility available for a small charge. Sitting areas around the garden to read or enjoy coffee/tea, refreshments.

There are many restaurants in the village and surrounding areas for those who like to dine out. Opio village nearby has an 18 hole golf course for the keen golfer.
Within minutes of the house there is Kayaking along with a Childrens Playground.
The area and the terrain is ideal for the keen cyclist. Discounts for group bookings can be agreed. Local markets are held daily/weekly in most villages in the vicinity. A short drive or bus ride away to the local beaches and shopping areas.
Skiing in Isola 2000 and nearby resorts can be reached within 90 minutes. A bus from Nice leaves daily in season.

Children under 2 years free when sharing with parents. 30 euro supplement per night for single bed. 15 euro reduction for single person occupancy.
