Beautiful and recent villa above the village of Magagnsoc with stunning views over the med. to the South and the Esterel mountains on the West. The accommodation is extremely well equipped and very comfortable. There are several terraces and ample teak furniture for comfortable outdoor living and dining. The 11mx5.5m swimming pool is on a lower level than the villa, and is protected by raillings and gates. The pool is surrounded by a large area for relaxing, which includes lawns and tiles area. There is a pool house, shower, and ample sun beds, sun shades, tables and chairs. The villa is set in 3800 sq meters of garden which consist of foral gardens, lawns and terraces with olive trees. There is a garage for 2 cars and parking for up to other 6 vehicles. Access to the villa by remote controlled gates. There is an alarm system to protect the villa on a 24/24h basis. The area is rich in interesting villages, sporting facilities (including 5 golf courses, tennis courts, etc) attractions and 45 min from the sea in busy seasons. One of the beauties of the area is that, being away from the busy coastal strip, is that the roads are relatively free from traffic, and access to many amenities, or the Alps, is easy. The village and the surrounding area have local shops and some very good restaurants within a short drive (Valbonne, Biot, Mougins)

    • The well- furnished accommodation consists of 5 bedrooms, one on the first floor with on suite facilities including jacuzzi/bath, separate shower and wc. The 4 others are in an attached wing opening onto a terrace and garden with splendid views over the countryside and the sea. There are 2 others wcs, a shower room and a bath room. There is lounge, dining room, kitchen and laundry room. Equipment includes a large screen TV, satellite, DVD, CD player, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, american style refrigerator with ice maker, cooker, microwave and BBQ. There are a large covered paved terrace outside of the kitchen and several others, with two rectable electric awnings for shade. For babies and young children, we have push chairs, infant car seats, play pen, sand pit, kots, high chair, etc... There is an alarm system which is connected to a 24/24 security agency, further details on request.

    • Being so close to the sea and the mountains both sea and mountain activities are within a hour drive. The area is rich of sporting & cultural activities, as well as supermarkets and restaurants within a short drive. Famous cities like Nice Cannes, Antibes are also within a hour drive. Monte Carlo about 1/12 hour drive.Italy 2 hour drive. Trains from Grasse stop at all those cities up to vintimillia in Italy when a popular market is held every Friday. 
    Valbonne has a colourful market on Fridays and Pré du Lac (5 min) every Monday morning. Music (mainly classic & jazz) and theatre festivals are on almost all summer.
