Set on the edge of the village of Golfe Juan, this 2 bed ground floor apartment with its own private terrace and garden is part of a small quiet private gated development with shared swimming pool. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and benefits from a large lounge with dining area and a separate well-equipped kitchen.  
There is a private enclosed garden and large west facing terrace with table and chairs for al fresco dining on warm summer evenings. Shared swimming pool for residents only with toilets and changing area. Safety gate to pool to ensure children cannot enter alone. The communal gardens have been replanted with trees to provide an area for children to explore and create a boules pitch. 
The village of Golfe Juan has a wide variety of shops including two small supermarkets. Numerous restaurants line the two harbours and the beaches which are just a 10 minute walk from the apartment. You can spend your days relaxing by the pool or at the beach. Further afield lies Cannes (3m), Nice (15m) and Grasse (25m). Trains from Golfe Juan take you anywhere on the coast from St.Raphael to Monaco in less than an hour. 
Access is via Nice Airport, about 30 minutes away by car or an hour by bus. The apartment has a reserved parking space on the development.

Payment by cheque or bank transfer in Pounds sterling (Euro on request). 20% deposit on booking, balance (including linens) 8 weeks before stay. £100 breakages deposit payable by cheque with balance. Electricity charged at cost if over 80 units used per week. Refunds of monies already paid on cancellation only if week is relet.
