Near the lovely village of Chateauneuf de Grasse with plenty of good restaurants nearby this delightful villa is south facing and is set in one acre of gardens. Located at the end of a country lane, Lou Bousquet is unique in that it has peace and serenity, yet it is less than 35 min from Nice airport and 20 min from the beaches in Antibes and Cannes. A long wide terrace overlooks the pool with complete privacy . Furnishings and equipment are to a high standard throughout.

One mile from Chateauneuf, the villa is south facing and situated in the Alpes Maritimes. The village of Châteauneuf de Grasse is listed as one of the historic sites in the Alpes-Maritimes.

The land falls away towards Grasse le Plan to the south and steeply to the north to the top of the hill (approx 300 feet above) 0.4 miles from Grasse. The Loup Valley is 1 - 2 miles away with the beautiful Loup Gorge, and villages Bar sur Loup, Tourettes sur Loup are close by.

Gourdon with its unbelievable views is 3 miles away and the ever popular Valbonne is less than 8 miles. The country side is a mixture of Mountains, valleys, medieval villages, water falls, and rivers and is heavily populated with olive trees and forests. Further north the mountains become bleak and rugged. To the south the mountains run to the sea. The area is serviced by superb golf courses. Motorists are used to cyclists as the French enjoy their national sport here and throughout this beautiful region.

PAYMENT: A 50% deposit of the total rental cost is required at time of booking. Outstanding balance is required 8 weeks before arrival date, together with a security deposit of £750 to cover breakages, damage etc. CANCELLATION & EARLY TERMINATION If the Tenant terminates the contract before the arrival date and doesn’t name a replacement that accepts the same terms, they are responsible for paying the following penalty fees to cover costs (excluding cleaning), as long as a further rental is not possible: Termination - up to 49 days before rental period: 20 % of rental price - up to 35 days before rental period: 30 % of rental price - up to 21 days before rental period: 60 % of rental price - up to 14 days before rental period: 90 % of rental price - Less than 14 days before rental period: 100 % of rental price. The Advertiser can thereafter let the property to someone else.
