    The Verdon gourge is an easy 90 minutes drive north for outdoor activities. 
    Frejus, Antibes * Cannes beach is appoximately 30 minutes drive with theme parks, go-karts, and water parks available. 
    Cannes beach and shoppping area is 10 - 15 mins drive  
    Fabulous restaruants are less than 10 minutes drive up to the historic village of Mougins. 
    Nice ariport is 30 minutes drive to the Villa 
    Skiing is a couple of hours drive to Zola 2000
