we have been renting this property as a private villa on the exclusive Royal Mougins Golf course since it opened. Over the past 5 years we have introduced significant upgrades to the Villa, such as cinema room , outdoor BBQ area, child proof pool cover, heated pool, additional bed rooms.

Cannes beach and shoppping area is 10 - 15 mins drive
Fabulous restaruants are less than 10 minutes drive up to the historic village of Mougins.
Nice ariport is 30 minutes drive to the Villa
