The apartment is 50 square meters and located on the second floor of a secure new apartment. 1 bedroom, sleeps 4 as the sofa opens into a double-size bed. Both the lounge and bedroom are extremely bright and breezy thanks to an entire wall of sliding glass doors that open up on to a private covered terrace that runs the length of the apartment and overlooks Casta Diva's manicured garden. The apartment has central air conditioning and heating and a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. So whether you decide to dine al fresco with friends and family on the private terrace or try the nearby restaurants of Cannes, this apartment was made for a great holiday!

This apartment is located in the Palm Beach area of Cannes. It is its own little community at the end of the Croisette with shops and restaurants. With beaches on 3 sides of the headland. (See aerial photograph).

This apartment is offered "all inclusive" hand pressed linen, bath and hand towels, meet and greet are all included in the one rental price.

The beach 0.2 km from the front door is located next to the Palm Beach Casino, which marks the beginning of Cannes palm tree lined promenade, known worldwide as La Croisette, with dozens of restaurants all with a view of the old port & azure sea. The famous Hotel Carlton sits proudly on the Croisette, its cupola supposedly inspired by the breasts of a nineteenth century courtesan! If you are a people watcher then this is the place for you, just grab yourself a bench and watch the world go by.

Cannes is one of the best-known cities of the French Riviera, famous for the glitzy hotels, cars, beaches, and visitors. La Suquet, the old town of Cannes, provides the breathtaking view of La Croisette. Visitors can see the remains of the fortified tower and the fascinating Chapel of St Anne housing the Musée de la Castre. In which are displayed many items from artworks, musical instruments, sculptures, decorative arts to a section on ethnography.

For chilling atmosphere stroll to Îles de Lérins where the unlucky man immortalised in The Man in the Iron Mask was imprisoned - this is only a short boat ride offshore.

Two of the best Cannes events occur in July, as Fireworks explode over the bay on the 4th for America’s independence day, and again on the 14th for France.

Cannes Lions International Advertising Festival. Carnival on the Riviera is an annual affair that sees a parade through the city’s streets and various festivities to mark the 21-day period prior to Shrove Tuesday.

Spectacular torchlight processions and masked balls are among the highlights of the event (February/March).

The International Festival of Games is an event that sees visitors converge and indulge their interests in bridge, belote, backgammon, chess, draughts and tarot-reading (February).

Festival de la Plaisance is an event for boating enthusiasts. Held in the Vieux Port, it sees all manner of recreational showboats showcased by various manufacturers (September).

The International Actors’ Performance Festival sees various small venues around the city hosting comedic sketches and performances by fringe artists

With over 10 festivals/congress per year, the town is always buzzing... during the summer the town puts on weekly huge firework displays over the bay.

A boat ride takes you to the Lerin islands at the mouth of Cannes bay, which are unspoilt and full of history.
