"La Farigoule“ is a luxury 4 bedroom/3 bathroom villa, located in a quiet and peaceful area on the hill of Castellaras between Mougins and Valbonne. Set within an Oliverai and Fruit garden with 3000m2 of terraced land it gives breath-taking views over the beautiful landscape, the village and up to the sparkling lights of Grasse at night. A large free shaped pool with comfortable steps and pool alarm is placed right under the main terrace. The villa has been recently renovated to a superb standard with luxury bathrooms and a beautiful kitchen. The house is decorated and furnished with natural stones, antiques and light colours.The living/dining area with fireplace and french doors opening to a large terrace, is facing west. From the garden you have direct access over a private bridge to the famous hiking/jogging trail „Canal du Siagne“. Different trails with stunning seaviews from the bay of Cannes up to the hills are accessible from the property. Absolute quiet and with no insight.
The chateau du Castellaras is within a short walking distance and the beautiful old villages of Mougins and Valbonne are only minutes away. You have easy access to the 'Penetrante' between Cannes and Grasse wich also leads to the A8. It is easy to take a train in Mouans Sartoux and go within a couple of minutes to Cannes or Grasse. Explore the beautiful sights along the routes towards Saint Tropez and Marseille, as well as Nice, Menton or Monte Carlo.

The villa is ideally situated to get to several golf clubs in the area within 5 minutes. For example:Saint-Donat Golf Club, Golf Opio, Victoria Golf Club, Royal Golf Mougins and many more. In the winter the next ski station is at Gréolières les neiges (50 min).
There are Kart-courses at Gourdon (with beautiful sights) and Mougins.

The property is let on a weekly basis and commences usually on a Sunday at 4pm. The rental ends at 10am on the last day, when the property must be vacated. Prices include bed linen and bath towels, garden- and pool maintenance. The villa will be cleaned after each week. A housekeeper is available at an hourly rate payable locally to book in advance and to pay directly.
An advance payment of 30 % from the rental price is required for the booking. We will confirm the reception of this reservation fee by Email. The remainig amount has to be transferred four weeks before the start of the rental period.
A Damage Deposit of 2000€ is required. It is to be transferred into our bank account before your arrival. The Deposit will be transferred back to the bank account of your choice within 2 weeks after the departure, if nothing is broken.
