The Palais Napoleon apartment is a large, 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom apartment. It is located on the street parallel to the Croisette, literally a stones throw from the Croisette and the Palais des Festivals. As such, it is in the ideal position for Tradeshows and Holiday Makers alike.

The apartment itself is of the highest quality and has been totally refurbished & redecorated in 2008.

The building is secure and there is a lift for your security and convenience. On entering the apartment there is a large and well apportioned living area to the left, which has large open-out windows which let in a lot of light. There are high ceilings and excellent soft furnishings throughout.

There is also a fully fitted and equipped open plan kitchen as well as a dining table capable of seating up to 6 people.

The double bedroom leads off the hallway, and has a private en-suite bathroom which is modern and well fitted.

The other 2 twin bedrooms, each of which is likewise excellently decorated and well-apportioned and each of which also have their own, private bathrooms, making them perfect for shared groups.

The nearest golf course is Cannes Old Course which is only 5km.

There are plenty of water sports around as the beach is barely a ten minute walk away.

In the winter seasons (late December to late February) the nearest ski resort is Gréolières, approximately 65km. There are 1 Euro buses running from Cannes and back which make for very easy skiing day trips.

• Travel Info: The nearest airport is Nice Airport, a half hour drive from Cannes. There is a bus that runs regularly from the airport to the center of Cannes. The Cannes Ville train station is very central and travels to almost all the surrounding areas. It is very easy and relatively cheap to travel to the surrounding areas like Antibes and Monaco by these trains. There are buses that run up and down the Croisette and to the surrounding areas for only 1 Euro.

Security Deposit: A security deposit will be required to cover any incidental damages. This is not included in the price, and is of course fully refundable after departure assuming no breakages. Alternatively a comprehensive rental insurance may be taken which covers damages, but also cancellation, 3rd party liability etc. Service, support and housekeeping - A basic level is included in the price. However this may be upgraded on request if a higher level of service or support is required. Congress Periods: Rates for these congress periods are on request, and are not related to the rates published here which are for out of congress time-periods. Congress Rates are a flat rate for the entirety of the congress, please check with us when these are so that you may avoid them if not attending. Service and support which is at a higher level. 30% is due in advance to secure reservation, with the balance due 6 weeks before occupation.
